IREland's toughest Physical & Mental challenge
HELL & BACK is Ireland's toughest physical and mental endurance challenge, specifically designed and created by our award-winning outdoor specialists to push your physical and mental boundaries to the limit.
Set in the magnificent Killruddery Estate, our next event (H&B Winter Warrior) year is on Saturday 1st March 2025.
The course, which offers stunning views of Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf mountain, combines man-made obstacles with Killruddery's natural terrain, including lakes, mountains, bogs and forests, to create a uniquely terrifying challenge!
Take on some of HELL & BACK's infamous obstacles, including Hell on Earth, Heartbreak Ridge, Valley of Pain and Satan's Pit, as seen on Ireland's Fittest Family TV Show!
Suitable for ages 16+, accompanied by an adult.
