HELL & BACK, is Ireland's Toughest Physical & Mental Endurance Challenge, specifically designed and created by our award-winning outdoor specialists to push your physical and mental boundaries to the limit. Set in the magnificent Killruddery Estate, there are two options available this October (8km or 13km), with stunning views of Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf mountain. The course combines lots of man-made obstacles with Killruddery's famous natural terrain, including rivers, mountains, bogs and forests, to create a uniquely terrifying challenge!

Course Distance: 13KM or 8KM

HELL & BACK 13KM/8KM is a gruelling off-road course along man-made trail runs and mountain paths. You'll have to progress over, under, around and through all of Killruddery's stunning natural obstacles, including bogs, hills, forests, swamps and rivers, as well as our infamous HELL & BACK obstacles, including the Londis Water Jump & Splashdown Slide, Breyers Delights Ice Baths & Devil's Creek, Jeep's Hell on Earth, the Repak ELT Tyre Zone and 10 Foot Tessie. And for those of you looking for additional torture, there is a 13KM option that goes right to the top of the Little Sugar Loaf mountain!



Weather permitting, all parking for HELL & BACK will be onsite in Killruddery Estate. Pre-Paid Parking is only available during registration up to two weeks before the event(bring QR code). Pay on Day available @ €10 per car.

Can't Take Part?

If you or a team mate cannot take part, simply give your ticket to someone to replace you. They must then ask for your Wristband at the Reg Tent but sign-in with their own name.

Wristband Collection

You must collect your Wristband AT LEAST 30 minutes before your allocated Wave Start Time. You will need to have collected your wristband at the Reg Tent before using our valuable drop, so if you would like to avail of this service, please plan to arrive early.
