Course Type: All-Terrain

Taking place in the magnificent Killruddery Estate in Bray, with stunning views of Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf mountain, participants must attempt to overcome a 7KM trail route, which combines lots of man-made obstacles with Killruddery's famous natural terrain, including rivers, mountains, bogs and forests, to create a uniquely terrifying challenge! The combination of stunning Irish countryside and welcoming locals (participants and marshals) results is a unique Irish outdoor adventure for the international tourist.

HELL & BACK 7KM is a gruelling off-road course along man-made trail runs and mountain paths. You'll have to progress over, under, around and through all of Killruddery's stunning natural obstacles, including bogs, hills, forests, swamps, rivers, as well as our infamous HELL & BACK obstacles, including the Londis Water Jump, Jeep Hell on Earth, Tipperary Water Half Pipe, 2fm Wall and the Repak ELT Tyre Zone.
